Copeland Gin Fizz
40ml Copeland Rhuberry
Teaspoon sugar syrup
Dash Lemon Juice.
We kept this one simple for you.
Start with a champagne flute, or similar glass.
Add your 40ml of Rhuberry Gin
Next add your Sugar Syrup** and Lemon Juice
Stir a couple times so the Sugar Syrup mixes with all the liquids.
Top with Prosecco.
**To make your own sugar syrup simply use a 1:1 ration. For every 100g of sugar, use 100ml water. Bring to the boil for 1 minute and then simmer for approximately 8 minutes. Allow the syrup to cool before using.
