Copeland Winter Bramble

Belfast Restaurant, Edo, put an interesting twist on the traditional Bramble Cocktail by adding Freebird Apple Tea Syrup. As you an see by the photo this turned out to be quite the masterpiece, almost too good to drink. But we couldn't resist.

35 ml Copeland Spiced Apple & Blackcurrant Gin
25 ml Blackberry Liqueur
20 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
15 ml Spiced Apple Tea Syrup
Dusted with Cinnamon Sugar
Garnish Casia Bark & Apple Crisp

Build over crushed ice, in a rock glass.
Stir, then pour the blackberry liqueur over the top of the drink in a circular fashion.

Dust the top with Cinnamon Sugar and finally garnish with Casia Bark and Apple Crisp. But if that isn't available, garnish with Apple peel curled and dried tea leaf for effect.
