One night while sipping G&Ts with close friends from House Belfast we got onto the topic of traditional drinks from around the world. Next thing we knew we were muddling up our twist on a traditional Cuban Mojito. The result? Why not try it yourself.

50 mls Raspberry and Mint
25 mls Fresh Lime Juice
20 mls Sugar Syrup
12-14 Mint Leaves
5 Fresh Raspberries

Muddle all ingredients in a glass with crushed ice. Gradually add more crushed ice, each time muddling all ingredients together. Once your glass is full, garnish with a sprig of mint, a lime wedge and a raspberry. Finally, top off with tonic.
